My name is Marios and I currently live in Belgium. Growing up in a south European family, you learn to appreciate good food (lot of food !). I enjoy experimenting and spending time in the kitchen cooking for my loved ones, creating colorful plates, but most importantly creating unforgettable moments with them.

It all started as a hobby and it became a passion. Working in the food industry taught me how special each and every food ingredient can be and the combination of them can lead to something magical.
