Tuna salad in a wrap: easy and healthy
Recipe (4 servings) recipe:
For the salad:
- 1 tuna can (160g) in olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper diced
- 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- black olives
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tomatoes diced
- salt, pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a large salad bowl and season with salt and pepper
For the dressing:
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tbs cumin
- 1 mashed garlic clove
Mix all ingredients of the dressing in a bowl and pour it over the salad. Mix until the salad is fully coated with the dressing. Serve in a wrap.
